Lee Collett is the principal licensed conveyancer at Precise Conveyancing.
Lee was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2004. Lee became a licensed conveyancer after undertaking studies at Macquarie University and in April 2005, Lee commenced trading as Precise Conveyancing.
In September 2007, we welcomed Karoline Shears, joining the firm as Practice Manager. Karoline has considerable real estate experience and is an asset to our administration team.
Our office is located in Railway Parade, Mortdale - opposite the exit of Ellen Subway in the old Art Gallery building. We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but are happy to provide after hours and weekend service by appointment.
