Lee Collett is the principle licensed conveyancer at Precise Conveyancing.
Lee was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2004 and became a licensed conveyancer after undertaking studies at Macquarie University and obtaining her license in 2005. In April 2005, Lee commenced trading as Precise Conveyancing.
In September 2007, we welcomed Karoline Shears joining the firm as Practice Manager. Karoline has considerable real estate experience and is an asset to our administration team.
In November 2007, Harley the Border Collie, was old enough to come and join in the fun and you'll often see him lounging out the front of the office on his special little patio.
Our office is located in Railway Parade, Mortdale - opposite the exit of Ellen Subway in the old Art Gallery building. We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but are happy to provide after hours and weekend service by appointment.
